I've worked with Diane on our Walworth 2030 Project, funded by Southwark Council. The project looked at the future of Walworth, an area in South London that grapples with development on one side and being among the top 10% disadvantaged areas in the country. Diane managed the Walworth 2030 project as lead consultant, co-developing the research framework, leading on organising and delivering surveys, leading on reports and liaising with the other 5 consultants on the team, as well as liaising with Southwark Council. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best managed and run projects we've delivered, thanks to Diane's diligent approach to project management, research design and delivery capabilities and reporting. The project was kept on track and on budget. I can highly recommend working with Diane.
Diane carried out research and attended meetings with high street businesses and key stakeholders across the borough to build a comprehensive view of support and opportunities available to start-up businesses. Diane was great to work with and the resulting report was excellent. We are now in the process of implementing recommendations with partners as part of Enterprise Desk, our business support facility in Ilford.

The resulting report has provided us a tailored programme to implement in the year ahead along with a wide range of ideas to increase footfall and the appeal of the town to local people and visitors alike.
