What we do

We bring a strong network and expertise from the private sector and local government to manage projects that impact high streets and grow client relationships.

We consult and create and manage projects from inception to evaluation in a no-nonsense, practical way making sense of disparate strands and bringing order to chaos.

In places, we help high streets be more resilient, launch and improve street markets, create opportunities for businesses to thrive, build place brands and marketing campaigns and engage people with their place. We work with local authorities, developers and architects and others who want to make the most of their place.

For businesses we integrate sales and marketing to launch new services, create and deliver marketing campaigns to grow clients and accounts and to develop compelling stories using customer and contract data. We work primarily with business and financial services companies and those marketing to government.

We work on projects for days, weeks, months or longer bringing specialist expertise or filling gaps in teams via interim management.

We launch and improve street markets, support enterprise and engage and support businesses around high streets, connecting people with place.

Our founder, Diane Cunningham is an Expert on the High Streets Task Force, sits on the London Market Board and is a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management.

We launch new services and build client relationships for business services companies and those working with local government.

We do this by advising people in senior, client-facing roles on their messaging and business development, particularly in regulated services businesses.
