We manage projects that bring people and businesses together at markets and on their high streets

We connect the dots bringing together a strong network and experience from local authorities, community groups and the private sector to develop and deliver projects that impact high streets and neighbourhoods.

We launch and improve  street markets, create  opportunities for businesses enterprise and build communication programmes to reach a wide range of stakeholders. Using a marketing-based approach we develop and manage projects in a no-nonsense, practical way making sense of disparate strands and bringing order to chaos. We think of ourselves as place facilitators. We bring people together to change or improve their place ensuring the approach and outcome is tailored to it; it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.

We help high streets be more resilient and create opportunities for businesses to thrive

Stakeholder engagement

We identify stakeholders, develop an engagement plan (including comms) and the tools that run alongside it to support consultations (statutory and non), review plans, develop ideas and ensure people are heard.

Markets

We have worked on markets extensively from setting them up to managing flourishing concerns on street, indoor and pop-up. We run consultations, create strategies, and review operations and policy.

Commercial models

We are brought in before the design and build stage on high street projects to develop options, test feasibility and develop a model that will work for local authorities, businesses and property owners.

Projects

We work on projects that activate high streets or bring buildings back into use with funds secured through HAZ, Levelling Up and other programmes including market halls, cowork and department stores.
